Thanks for the post. Have you considered high intensity resistance training. This outperforms cardio work time and time again with regard to effective weight loss. The problem with cardio is that your body becomes conditioned to burn fat during the exercise – so under non-exercise conditions the body has a tenddency to store fat ready for the next cardio session.

Great post! Aerobic exercise works great for weight loss! Another exercise that gives you great cardio-aerobic workout is riding the GlideCycle. And even those who find it hard to exercise because of obesity can ride the GlideCyle without putting stress on their legs and joints.
